Tasbulk Pty Ltd manufactures a wide range of transportable buildings generally for use as site offices, lunchrooms, chanerooms and sewer connect toilets.

Our buildings are designed and manufactured specifically to comply with the requirements of the mining and construction industries.

Tasbulk has been manufacturing transportable buildings since 1995. For 15 years our buildings were manufactured under the "Modbuild" brand name before merging with Tasbulk Pty Ltd.

We are accredited builders and hold all appropriate insurances required under Australian legislation.

Tasbulk's range of portable buildings are NOT imported converted containers, but engineered buildings manufactured here in Australia. Built tough for Australian conditions.

• Our buildings use 100% content for labour and materials.
• All buildings use an engineered "Duragal" galvanised steel chassis, which are fabricated in our factory.
• Expanded Polystyrene Panel with low maintenance Colorbond sufaces are used for walls and roof.
• Flooring is water resistant "yellow tongue" to dry areas, with structural plywood used in any "wet" area.
• Quality heavy duty industrial vinyls create the finished floor surface.
• All joinery and fitout is undertaken in our factory.
• Only licenced electricians and plumbers are used for power and plumbing.
